Responsibilities

Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and file systems. Collecting, compiling, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.

• Producing and exporting documents, spreadsheets, and data reports as necessary.

Qualifications

• One year of data entry operator or comparable experience.

• Proficient keyboarding skills.

• Strong multitasking and time management skills.

• Expertise with office administration and data collecting programmes like Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

• The capacity to accurately organize and process large amounts of data.

• The capacity for sustained concentration and a keen eye for detail.
