Job description

The services of an account manager are required by Pakistan international printers.

1. To prepare a monthly cash flow forecast. 

2. To monitor, track, and follow-up on accounts receivables and payables.

3. To be in charge of timely payments to numerous suppliers in accordance with the company's established process.

4. To make sure that all payments and receipts are made in accordance with the established company policy and procedure as well as the terms and conditions agreed upon with suppliers. To be in charge of monitoring and renewing credit limits.

5. To develop a monthly budget (based on an annual budget).

6. To oversee the supervision of bank and cash transactions and their reconciliations.

7. To prepare and submit monthly sales tax returns and withholding statements online.

8. To manage all matters and obligations pertaining to SECP.

9. To build, maintain, and update Information Management Systems (ERP). 

10. To handle property tax, professional tax, and/or any other government charge.

Specification:

• Education: MBA and CA qualified

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

• Ideally Microsoft Dynamics AXE, but other accounting software and associated ERP should be well-versed in.
