Job description:
The Trade Service Professional (TSP) is an expert in trade products who works one-on-one with customers to understand their needs as a business and help them with regular trade transactions.
Additionally, TSPs would be responsible for all aspects of the trade transactions for their clients, including but not restricted to inquiries, investigations, and the level of quality and responsiveness of their services. This is to guarantee that we offer our customers the best possible customer service.
Exception management, transaction coordination, customer education, and customer service are among a TSP's main duties.
• Following up on customer inquiries and resolving them
• Coordinating with internal departments and branch offices to speed up the execution of business transactions
• Attending to customer calls and emails for addressing and resolving consumer inquiries
• Monitoring and tracking priority transactions to make sure they are executed within the allotted TAT.
• Keep an eye out for any anomalies in client transactions, notify the client, follow up to find a solution, and coordinate with operations to finish processing.
• Following up with various stakeholders, including the Product Team, coverage, and internal partners, to ensure that pending transactions are resolved as soon as possible.
• Advising the customer on operational and other requirements based on transactions.
• Respond to the client's questions and concerns and give them timely updates on the status of the transaction.
• Informing the TSU Head, Branch, and Product Teams of any processing difficulties or delays.
• Making regular, proactive calls to consumers to get their feedback.
• Recording all inquiries in the inquiries management system/PACT
• Keeping track of and managing VOC for Trade customers against Trade enquiries
• Assisting the processing teams with the timely completion of transactions as & when necessary.

• Export Bill Review under LC; • Export LC Advising; • Export LC Confirmation;
• Bill Discounting for Exports Booking for Export Collections
• Bill Payments Under LC and Collection for Export
• Issuance of Import LC
• Inspection of the import bill by LC
• Acceptances of Import Bills Under LC and Collections
• Collections and Import Payments Under the LC
• Import collections of documentaries
Trade loans, payments on open accounts, cash advances, and contract registration are some examples.
• Ensures Post Dated Checks Discounting and Supplier Finance
