For manufacturing site and/or contract manufacturing operations, the person in charge is directly responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality systems, procedures, and standards. This may also include, as appropriate, direct management of QA/QC staff, resolution of quality/compliance issues, assurance of change management, and support for project/initiative teams.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a D-Pharma & Quality Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the compliance and quality of pharmaceutical products and processes within our organization.
Responsibilities:
1.
Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the
Quality Assurance team to implement and maintain quality systems, procedures,
and documentation in accordance with industry standards and regulatory
requirements.
2.
Product Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of
pharmaceutical products and raw materials to ensure they meet the required
quality standards and specifications.
3.
Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure compliance with
relevant pharmaceutical regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
4.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date
records of quality control activities, batch production records, and other
relevant documentation.
5.
Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and root cause
analysis for quality-related issues, and develop and implement corrective and
preventive actions (CAPAs) as necessary.
6.
Training and Education: Provide training to employees on
quality-related topics, GMP guidelines, and quality improvement initiatives.
7.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and
third-party vendors to assess their quality management systems and ensure the
quality of incoming materials.
8.
Pharmacovigilance Support: Assist in monitoring and
reporting adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to relevant regulatory authorities as
per the established guidelines.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in quality-related projects to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
1.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
(D-Pharma) or a related field. Additional certifications in quality management
will be an advantage.
2.
Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical quality
assurance, quality control, or a related role is preferred.
3.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical
manufacturing processes, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
4.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and
identify trends and issues related to product quality.
5.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication
skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and regulatory
agencies.
6.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy
in documentation and compliance-related activities.
7.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to handle quality-related
challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
8.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
